Frequently Asked Questions
What is the ANA Partners Affiliate Program?
The Ana Partners Affiliate Program is an initiative of Ana Gaming Brasil SA, the company responsible for the 7K, Casino, and Vera brands, developed to connect content creators, digital professionals, and strategic partners to our ecosystem. The program aims to promote our brands responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with current regulations, focusing on transparent communication and sustainable practices.
What are the requirements to become a partner?
To become an Ana Partners affiliate, it is mandatory to have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID), meaning we do not accept registrations via CPF (Brazilian individual tax ID). In addition, the company must be in good standing and the legal representative must be over 18 years of age.
How can I sign up for the Affiliate Program?
The registration process is done through our website. After completing the registration with your information and documents, our team will analyze your profile and, once approved, the affiliate will undergo a mandatory training stage on Responsible Gaming and best practices for promotion.
What are the requirements to participate in the Affiliate Program?
Participation in the Ana Partners Affiliate Program is permitted exclusively to individuals over 18 years of age, duly verified, with an active CNPJ (we do not accept CPF). Furthermore, participation is not permitted for individuals belonging to groups considered vulnerable (such as the elderly), in accordance with best practices and principles of responsibility adopted by the sector and in alignment with legislative proposals under consideration.
All participants must accept the contractual terms, follow the brand's communication guidelines, and complete mandatory training on Responsible Gaming and ethical conduct. How do commissions work in the Affiliate Program?
Commissions vary according to internal criteria and performance. By becoming a partner, you will have access to a complete dashboard to track your results transparently and securely, with compensation models aligned with best market practices.
Is there a cost to become an affiliate?
No. Participation in the program is free; that is, we do not charge any fees for registration, training, or access to the dashboard.
How do I receive payments for my commissions?
Payments are made via bank transfer upon approval of the data and validation of the activities.
When are commissions paid?
Payments are made weekly, on Fridays, provided the withdrawal and invoice have been submitted by Tuesday at 11:59 PM. Requests made after this deadline will be processed on the following Friday. If Friday is a holiday, the payment will be moved to Thursday.
How can I track the performance of my campaigns?
After being activated in the program, the affiliate receives access to an exclusive dashboard where they can monitor clicks, registrations, metrics, and results in a simple and objective way.
What marketing materials are available for affiliates?
We provide a welcome kit with manuals, creative materials, suggested texts, best practice instructions, and recurring campaign updates. The use of these materials must adhere to the brand's communication guidelines.
Is there any support available for affiliates?
Yes. All affiliates have access to specialized support, with direct channels to ask questions, resolve technical issues, and receive strategic guidance.
What are the policies and guidelines for promoting ANA?
All Ana Partners affiliates must follow the contractual guidelines, respecting current legislation, CONAR regulations, and the principles of Responsible Gaming.
The Program offers a Welcome Manual and a Communication Guide with clear guidelines on what is and is not permitted in communications. In addition, we provide mandatory training that covers topics such as ethical conduct, responsibility in communications, and appropriate communication techniques.
It is essential that all promotional content be approved beforehand and do not use sensationalist terms, promises of earnings, or any practice that could induce risky behavior. What should I do if I have problems with my affiliate dashboard or commissions?
If you have any questions or difficulties with the dashboard, reports, or payments, the affiliate should contact their account manager directly, who will provide the necessary support and follow up on the case.
How can I end my participation in the Affiliate Program?
To terminate your participation, simply contact your account manager and formally request it. The termination will be carried out according to the conditions stipulated in the contract, including deadlines, outstanding obligations, and any financial adjustments.
We emphasize that Ana Partners values a transparent and professional relationship with all affiliates, including during the termination of the partnership.
